6:50 a.m. – Caller reported two people entered his truck but were scared off by a motion sensor, B St.

8:02 a.m. – Report taken for theft of generator, electric grease gun and other tools from work truck, D St. Loss valued at more than $2,400.

8:09 a.m. – Caller reported found property that was left at location by people who might be transients, Santiam Hwy. The property appears to have come from a yard sale due to price tags.

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported theft of phone game controller from car, Park St. Loss valued at $60.

10:04 a.m. – Caller reported theft of tool box from pickup, Main St. Loss valued at more than $40.

2:57 p.m. – An unidentified driver was cited for no valid license, failure to carry proof of insurance and switched plates. The plates were collect for return.

3:42 p.m. – Report taken for burglary, Garvord St. A house was entered through an unlocked window. Stolen were an iPhone, two iPods and docking station, leather jacket, painting of a house boat, silver plate set, copper and silver salt and pepper shakers, a jar of coins totaling about $500 and alcohol.

4:12 p.m. – Stacey Lynn Elliott, 40, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Santiam Hwy.

4:23 p.m. – Caller reported theft of blue folding bike, Milton St. Loss valued at $70.

4:46 p.m. – Report taken for theft of vehicle from Walmart parking lot. The owner said she was in the store for only 20 minutes and returned to find her car was gone. The car was located by an officer four hours later in the Walmart parking lot, undamaged and nothing missing. It’s believed the owner simply misplaced her car.

1:48 a.m. – Deputy stopped truck on which tire blew on tandem axle and was riding on rim, Santiam Hwy./Dewey St. Debris flying all over roadway. Operator was unaware he had a flat. He turned around and headed back to mill.

2:14 a.m. – Tasha Bowers-Curtis, 38, of Albany, cited for driving uninsured. Oak/2nd St.

7:56 a.m. – Report taken for dog at large, Santiam Hwy. Caller brought two at-large dogs to the police department. The owner was located and cited.

8:50 a.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from van at Kidco Headstart.

9:24 a.m. – Ashley Ann Clark, 25, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for reckless endangering.

10:22 a.m. – An unidentified driver was cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended, 2nd St.

10:31 a.m. – Construction zone flagger reported dump truck passing too fast through construction zone multiple times. Deputies located truck at nearby pit and asked driver to slow down, 34400 block Brewster Rd.

11:02 a.m. – Caller reported a transient male threatened her boyfriend a couple days ago and is now staring at her young daughter, Milton St.

12:40 p.m. – Caller reported theft of Gorilla Cart wheelbarrow, Dodge St. Loss valued at $250.

2:28 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief, 7th St. Caller reported their roommate was taking items from the residence.

4:11 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, E St. Witness reported a driver almost hit the bridge, then it hit the car. Jasmine Bringham was identified as a driver in the crash, and was taken into custody for DUI and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

7:34 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 38400 block River Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, 17-year-old juvenile male operator was going too fast around corner in 2014 Ford Focus, braked and slid off roadway. Car was totaled. Juvenile went to emergency room to get checked out. Report taken.

12:22 a.m. – Katrina Counts, 50, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant, 3200 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

12:46 a.m. – Cynthia Pointer, 36, of Sweet Home, arrested on warrant, Market St./Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

1:33 a.m. – Caller reported theft of four used tires from Canaga Tires.

3:53 a.m. – Caller reported group of juveniles trying to break into cars, Elmore St.

9:11 a.m. – Caller reported a medical scooter parked on the sidewalk and was concerned someone may have fallen out of it, 5th St. Officer determined the owner parks the scooter there when he rides the bus.

9:21 a.m. – Caller reported cold hit and run from 12 days prior resulting in $1,300 of front bumper damage, Santiam Hwy.

12:07 p.m. – Email received regarding illegal camp of vehicles on 12th St, and stuff is “constantly” getting taken from their yard. Officer found four cars with expired registration tags and tagged them to be towed.

12:57 p.m. – Caller reported she’s being treated like “a prison b**ch” by her roommates, it is politically motivated and she won’t be sacrificed for politics, Oak Terrace Dr. Officer advised her about restraining order options. She ordered a lock for her bedroom which made her roommate mad and he threatened legal action.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported a pot bellied pig was trapped in a very small pen so it can’t stand up, 5th St.

2:55 p.m. – Caller reported a female tried to get into the house, then sprayed herself in the crotch with a hose, Oak St. Valerie Palacios, 34, was trespassed.

3:14 p.m. – Report taken for weapons/suspicion, Santiam Hwy. A customer was looking at a firearm. Another customer came in, acted strange and pulled a firearm out, then left.

5:02 p.m. – Caller reported a female beating on the blood pressure machine, Oak St.

5:04 p.m. – Caller reported theft of two large planters with flowers, Main St.

5:48 p.m. – Caller reported mail stolen from mailbox sometime between July 22 and time of call. 39100 block Mt. Hope Dr. Report taken.

8:47 p.m. – Chantelle Davern, 30, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, 40200 block McDowell Creek Dr.

8:56 p.m. – David Laylon, 52, of Lebanon, arrested for improper use of emergency communications. According to Sheriff’s Office, Laylon called 911 and reported false information, leading deputies to believe a serious crime was occurring when nothing was going on. Transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.

10:26 p.m. – Deputy stopped motorcycle for failing to obey traffic signal. Upon stopping operator, deputy learned that operator had waited through several light cycles in 1900 block S. Main St. and sensors would not detect motorcycle. Under state law, operator is allowed to proceed through red light with caution. No enforcement action taken.

11:18 p.m. – Joseph Wood, 35, of Springfield, cited for driving while suspended, J/2nd streets.

11:19 p.m. – Caller reported cars speeding on 12th St. then hitting brakes to skid.

1:09 a.m. – Valerie Jay Palacios, 34, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass I, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass II.

3:25 a.m. – Linday Hoffman, 26, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 85/55, 35000 block Hwy. 34.

6:00 a.m. – Caller reported a male transient at the drive-thru is holding a sign that read, “Hit me with your car please.” He was laying under sleeping bags near picnic tables on Market St. Michael Ryan Vangelder, 35, was taken into custody for a Linn County Sheriff’s Officer Statewide Felony warrant for parole violation unlawful weapons use.

7:30 a.m. – Report taken for theft of pistol and revolver from car, J St.

10:20 a.m. – Single motorcycle crash reported in 39000 block Golden Valley Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Cameron Smith, 23, of Lebanon was operating a 1982 Kawasaki motorcycle and was unfamiliar with the road. He braked too hard on a corner and slid off the roadway. Smith went to Lebanon Hospital where he was treated for a broken thumb. Report taken.

10:34 a.m. – Report taken for found items, including foreign currency, Oregon Trail cards, two wallet with different IDs and bank cards and two cell phones.

11:31 a.m. – Caller reported he lost his laptop computer somewhere between Lebanon and Albany. The caller told the Sheriff’s Office he left the laptop on the top of his car while in a park in Albany. Caller drove to Lebanon before realizing he left it on his roof, and it was no longer there. Laptop valued at $2,100. Report taken.

12:28 p.m. – Caller turned in found backpack with 11 Chromebooks belonging to the school district.

12:45 p.m. – Nicklaus James Glasser, 33, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.

1:24 p.m. – Report taken for animal bite, Mountain River Rd. An off-leash seven-month-old puppy was retrieving a stick in the water at the riverbank when it approached three kids playing nearby. It nipped and bit one of them on the leg. Police observed scratch marks but no punctured skin. The owner was cited for allowing dog to be a nuisance, and a quarantine letter was issued.

1:45 p.m. – Morgan Lumpkin was cited for Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of burglary II, criminal mischief I, and criminal citations.

1:53 p.m. – Report taken for found backpack containing Dungeons & Dragons books, Boulder Falls.

2:30 p.m. – Caller reported intoxicated male got in car and drove away, Robbins Way.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported tires had been slashed sometime during previous week in 900 block Kees St.

4:20 p.m. – Caller reported male and female in a black van fighting, Wheeler St. They denied any real physical fighting.

5:31 p.m. – Caller reported male and female in a black van fornicating with the door open, Grove St. Officer found the same couple from 4:20 p.m. call log in the van and clothed.

7:57 p.m. – Caller reported a female behind the location watering plants and spraying down the building, Sherman St. Caller was concerned the subject was using someone’s water. She told the caller she was just doing what God told her to do. Officer located the subject, Valerie Palacios, and helped her move on.

8:40 p.m. – Caller reported someone put a gas tank cover on her porch, Jennings St.

2:06 a.m. – Stolen vehicle, a 1991 Nissan pickup from Sweet Home, recovered in 39899 block Brownsville Rd. Report taken.

2:08 a.m. – Caller reported 25 people in road fighting, Main St. The fight dispersed by the time an officer arrived, but witnesses showed videos of the fight and said it was from people who came out of Duffy’s. The video showed the fight seemed to mostly be between two females.

7:56 a.m. – Caller reports their house was egged, 15th St.

12:02 p.m. – Caller reported a male was banging on his door, F St. Caller said he maced the male’s dog yesterday because it was off-leash. The male admitted to banging on the door because he wanted to know why his dog was maced.

2:10 p.m. – Durrell Monroe Borden Jr., 42, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for trespass I.

3:19 p.m. – Caller reported theft from bedroom of credit cards and small safe with important items and documents, Airway Rd.

4:08 p.m. – Caller reported theft of charger and tire service, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $190.

5:33 p.m. – Chance Seiber, 23, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, 500 block Weldwood Dr.

5:35 p.m. – Report taken for theft of phone from car, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $1,600.

5:48 p.m. – Samuel Monroe, 45, of Scio, cited and released on warrant, 3200 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

6:40 p.m. – Caller reported trespassing in 500 block Oregon St. Property has been sold and tenants were not evicted, according to Sheriff’s Office, which was unable to contact them during stop at location.

7:55 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Santiam Hwy. Caller said a female rear-ended him and gave him an expired insurance card before leaving. He said his and his 3-year-old’s necks were hurting. The female, identified only as Glenda, returned and was cited for driving uninsured.

8:10 p.m. – Caller reported a male pulling and hitting a puppy, 12th St.

8:29 p.m. – Caller reported a black Jeep Cherokee speeds 45 MPH in reverse down alley, Park St.

9:04 p.m. – Caller reported juvenile males drinking and driving, swerving, pulling in front of people, slamming on brakes and flashing brights, Santiam Hwy.

11:48 p.m. – Caller reported theft of purse from home, Main St. She believes it was her brother, who was there using the shower at the time.

12:29 a.m. – Caller reported a black sedan spinning cookies in the Wilco parking lot.

1:39 a.m. – Caller reported a black sedan revving its engine, Walker St.

6:46 a.m. – Caller reported a male stole a cart of items from Safeway. Patrick Mallory was trespassed from the store.

7:02 a.m. – Patrick J. Mallory, 29, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for theft III, escape III, resisting arrest and failure to appear on an original charge of assaulting an officer.

9:19 a.m. – Sonny Allen Agrelius, 25, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft II, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

10:01 a.m. – Caller reported theft of phone from Merlin’s, and was able to be tracked to Grace St. but the person at the house is refusing to return the phone. That person told a responding officer he accidentally picked up the phone, and returned it to the owner.

10:21 a.m. – Caller reported a male maced her dog, F St. A report will be sent to the city attorney.

11:36 a.m. – Caller reported theft of two locked bikes, 8th St.

1:12 p.m. – Report taken for theft of bike, Park St. Loss valued at $800.

6:31 p.m. – Tanya Idencio, 47, was a cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt parole violation.

6:48 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Airport Rd. The driver of a truck made a turn in front of a semi loaded with hay because the setting sun prevented him from seeing the semi.

6:51 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Russell Dr. Tanya Idencio, 47, was cited for driving while suspended, no insurance and improper left turn. She said she turned left on Franklin St. in front of a motorcycle. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital for a possible broken leg.

7:33 p.m. – A person flagged down an officer with concerns about a dog tied up with now water, 9th St. A female said the dog’s owner went to the store with the dog, and she will advise the owner of the complaint.

12:46 a.m. – Camper at Waterloo Park reported concerns about child screaming and yelling each night. Child’s family was contacted by deputy, who was told that 3-year-old was hard to put to sleep, especially in new environment. Family indicated they planned to leave the next day because of the issue. 31200 block 1st St., Waterloo.

2:07 a.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male yelling and another person ran off with the recycle bin, Main St.

2:57 a.m. – Michael Perry, 34, of Sweet Home, cited on warrant, River Dr./Headgate Rd. Report taken.

4:42 a.m. – Janae-Lynn Anderson, 25, of Albany, cited on warrants. 2600 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

4:44 a.m. – Peggy Lynn Gibson, 40, of Albany, and Brian J. Pryor, 55, of Albany, both cited and released on warrants following contact by deputy on offensive littering issue. 3300 block Burdell Blvd. Report taken.

7:31 a.m. – Pam Jean Smith was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

9:01 a.m. – Caller reported two dogs at large that killed a rooster, E St.

9:41 a.m. – Caller reported theft of five sunglasses, three Bic lighters, a six-pack of beer and a soda, Oak St. Loss valued at $70.

1:12 p.m. – Caller reported a male in a red car next to a motorhome near Carl’s Jr. kicked his dog and no water was available. Responding officer found the dog leashed and did not appear in distress, but the owner was advised to provide water and clean up the dog’s waste.

1:59 p.m. – Deputy worked with city of Waterloo on situation involving camping in right-of-way, 31000 block 4th St. 72-hour Notice to Vacate signs were posted.

2:40 p.m. – Devon Clement, 21, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant, 300 block W. Airport Rd. Report taken.

2:41 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, 5th St. Devon Lee Clement, 20, was cited for following too closely.

3:56 p.m. – Report taken for theft of flatbed trailer, Walker St. Loss valued at $1,500.

5:40 p.m. – Caller reported unauthorized entry into her motorhome at Lebanon Storage, Hansard Ave.

7:30 p.m. – Caller reported a green sedan appeared to have mechanical problems when it almost rear-ended the caller and passed them on the sidewalk, Main St.

7:41 p.m. – Caller reported a female in a Kia Sorrento kept driving by their house on Downing Dr., and at one point got out and videotaped the caller’s property.

8:05 p.m. – Caller reported a dirt bike and four-wheeler kept speeding down Williams St. Responding officer saw the dirt bike, which sped away after the driver spotted the officer. They parked the bike behind a house and ran inside.

1:17 a.m. – Caller reported a male took a liter of Pepsi, a Big Gulp and Super Big Gulp of ice, and left only a dollar, Main St.

1:24 a.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 32, and Brittany Lynn Hull, 28, both of Albany, arrested on outstanding warrants in Waterloo Campground, 31200 block Waterloo Rd., following report of disturbance. Report taken.

1:25 a.m. – Caller reported a male pulling his pants down and exposing himself to customers, Santiam Hwy.

2:45 a.m. – Caller reported a male wearing only shoes running down Airport Road toward 2nd Street.

3:33 a.m. – Shauna Ray Harden, 28, and Thomas Charles Mann, 35, both of Sweet Home, cited on warrants after deputy stopped them in parking lot of closed business, 2500 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

3:54 a.m. – Joshua Dorgan, 20, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured, driving without license, Main St./Crowfoot Rd.

8:24 a.m. – Jeffrey Duane Richter, 32, was cited for a felony warrant parole violation from Oregon State Parole Board.

11:14 a.m. – Caller reported panting and howling dog in car for at least 10 minutes, Santiam Hwy. Responding officer found the dog howling, but noted “Dog Mode” was on in the car, which keeps the car at 68 degrees.

12:00 p.m. – Caller reported theft of van battery, Sherman St.

3:39 p.m. – Caller reported a male panhandler near Carl’s Jr. is screaming at his dog and forcing it to lay on the hot pavement.

3:55 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, 5th St. Clement Karel Hyer II, 70, was cited for following too close.

4:20 p.m. – Victim was contacted about fraud involving fraudulent check. Report taken. 29200 block Fairview Rd.

4:52 p.m. – Kassandra Marie Roosa, 30, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for allowing a dog to run at-large.

5:25 p.m. – Shawn Bevins, 41, of Albany, cited for speeding, 92/55, 35100 block Hwy. 34.

5:46 p.m. – Caller reported theft of cans from their store, Santiam Hwy. The owner chased the subject down and retrieved the cans, but wants the subject trespassed.

6:05 p.m. – Deputy spotted male riding in back of pickup, on top of tool box. Deputy stopped vehicle, warned male. It is illegal for people under the age of 18 in Oregon to ride in the bed of a truck. For adults, it is legal to ride in the bed if the person remains seated on the floor of the truck bed and if no seats with seat belts are available in the vehicle. Vail Creek/Waterloo Rds.

6:28 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, 5th St. She said a burgundy Nissan Maxima with two younger males – the driver with frizzy, curly dark hair – tapped the back of her car while at a stop sign. She briefly followed him and saw him pass another car and almost get into a wreck.

6:53 p.m. – Patrick Mallory was charged with criminal trespassing II for entering a store he is trespassed from, Santiam Hwy.

7:09 p.m. – Caller reported theft of three torch lights and a soda, Main St.

8:24 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated female in a car with a child, yelling at people in the park, Park St. Jessica Chari Gregorich, 37, was taken into custody for offensive littering, resisting arrest and municipal code violations. Report taken.

8:45 p.m. – Juvenile teens had stopped being friends and one decided to do some target practicing with photos of ex-friend, then post aftermath online for all to see. Parents from both sides contacted by Sheriff’s Office. Incident documented. 300 block Russell St.

9:32 p.m. – Officer responded to an alarm activation at the Lebanon Senior Center. Security camera showed three juvenile females used power to charge a device by the front door and urinated by the trash can.

3:52 a.m. – Caller reported her ex was revving his engine on the roadway, 500 block Central Ave. She was advised by Sheriff’s Office to apply for a restraining order.

6:10 a.m. – Caller reported his car window was smashed, Morton St.

9:20 a.m. – Caller reported theft of 16-foot ladder by a heavyset male in a white Ford pickup, Elmore St. Video of suspect was recovered.

11:23 a.m. – Michael James Vangundy, 45, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

2:29 p.m. – Caller reported raft, sleeping bag, backpack and Amazon package missing from property in 30300 block Townsend Rd. Report taken.

2:44 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bike from child, 5th St. Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited for theft III and the bike was returned to owner.

3:02 p.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

3:28 p.m. – Tina Nicole Miller, 36, was trespassed indefinitely from Wilco after a caller reported she had used the restroom 10 times that day and was at the moment in there for more than 30 minutes.

4:50 p.m. – Caller reported a female digging in the dumpster near high school chased and screamed and cussed at caller’s daughter who was walking to cheer practice, 7th St. The subject then looked in someone’s mailbox and entered an abandoned house.

5:58 p.m. – Caller reported a dog tied to a boat in someone’s backyard is now wrapped around a bunch of tires and can’t get to water, Sherman St.

6:21 p.m. – Officer responded to a hit and run call, which led to suspect Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 42. Trisdale was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for criminal mischief II, interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct II, and a Florence Municipal Court warrant for criminal mischief II.

7:17 p.m. – Rachael Grimes, 34, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants following report of disturbance in 31400 block SW 5th St. Report taken.

7:38 p.m. – Michael Flanigan, 28, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant, 31400 block SW 5th St.

10:16 p.m. – Caller reported someone shot an Airsoft rifle at him while he was in the backyard, Airway Rd. He doesn’t know if it came from the field out back, but he can hear someone walking. He did not get hit and he will check to see if his dog got hit.

12:38 a.m. – Callers reported a male jumping in front of cars and climbing on the hood, Walker Rd. Jeffrey Duane Alan Richter was placed in a wrap and taken into custody on a police officer hold. He was cited for resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct, and aggravated harassment. Report taken.

2:28 a.m. – Deputy warned bicyclists for improper positioning. 29500 block Santiam Hwy.

4:07 a.m. – Report taken for theft of items from unlocked work van, Jennings St. Missing items include small gas torch kits, gas/oxy bottles, impact gun, sawzalls, grinders. Loss valued at $3,000. Possible suspects were located later in the day, an evidence tow on a car was requested, a search was conducted, and report taken.

9:58 a.m. – Samuel Monroe, 45, of Scio, cited and released on multiple warrants, 500 block Weldwood Dr. Report taken.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported a male in a white Kia Sorrento taking photos of her and her car, Downing Dr.

12:12 p.m. – Report taken for theft of wheelchair lift and batteries from unlocked shed, Vine St.

1:15 p.m. – Caller reported a male in a gold-toned midsize videotaping her home, Downing Dr.

1:18 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run, Grant St. Witnessed agreed the suspect in a gray Dodge Caravan hit the victim’s passenger-side while she was turning from Williams onto Grant. The suspect initially continued on, then stopped, was rude to the victim, then left.

2:13 p.m. – Caller reported theft of windows from 1400 block Cascade Dr. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

3:24 p.m. – Joshua James Webb, 44, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation. Aaleijah Taylor Thomas, 27, was cited for Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information, and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt.

3:53 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle stolen from mechanic shop, 1900 block S. 7th St. According to Sheriff’s Office, missing vehicle is 1999 White Ford F450 with “Apex Landscape Maintenance” in green letters on both sides. Mechanic shop owner thought the caller had picked it up. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

5:59 p.m. – Roscoe Bills, 35, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 38200 block River Dr.

8:30 p.m. – Caller reported three subjects who “looked like tweakers with lots of tattoos” jumped his fence and came onto his property asking for cans, 9th St.

9:04 p.m. – Dustin Neal Herron, 45, was cited for Linn County Circuit Court felony warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

11:45 p.m. – Caller reported a male drove through the Taco Bell drive-thru and was slurring his words and harassing employees. 3:33 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle prowl, 9th St. Nothing missing, but neighbor’s car was also entered and taken was a wallet with $160 cash.

5:16 a.m. – Steven Patrick Noble, 52, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 75/55, 35600 block Rock Hill Dr.

6:30 a.m. – Caller reported a male repeatedly comes to a location on 5th St., strips his clothes off, sleeps there and dives in the dumpster, leaving trash scattered.

7:15 a.m. – Caller reported her ex-boyfriend showed up at her home, Stoltz Hill Rd. She also reported she woke up to him giving her a tattoo she didn’t want. Responding officer was unable to contact the caller or locate the male, who reportedly already left.

7:28 a.m. – Caller reported theft of wallet and keys from car, Elmore St. Keys were used to try to enter home, but baby lock prevented entry.

7:57 a.m. – Report taken for dog bite from yesterday’s incident. Officer will cite dog owner for dog as nuisance. Dog in quarantine.

8:04 a.m. – Caller reported theft of purse and cigarettes from cars, Grove St. One car was locked, the other was not.

9:15 a.m. – Caller reported a male rolling around on the ground and refusing to leave, Santiam Hwy. Sean M. Cassidy, 51, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft III.

3:13 p.m. – Caller from Parks Dept. reported a male transient in the park threatened to harm him, Main St. Second caller said she witnessed the male yelling and throwing rocks at first caller.

3:57 p.m. – Subject identified as Patrick Mallory cut a window screen, 5th St.

4:04 p.m. – Caller reported entry into unlocked car, nothing taken, Elmore St.

4:08 p.m. – Report taken for theft of backpack containing Google watch and tablet from unlocked car, Harmony St. Loss valued at $800.

4:23 p.m. – Male flagged officer down to report theft of keys from misc. machinery, and some machinery vandalized with spray paint, Laredo Way.

12:05 a.m. – Witnesses said a male struck a female and pulled her hair, 2nd St. She told police she would consider whether she wanted to press charges. She was very drunk at the time. During this incident, a different male who earlier had been pushed with an officer’s flashlight was allegedly being verbally hostile to the officers and said he was thinking about assaulting them. He was still mad about being pushed back with the flashlight. The officer told him the risks of being too close to an officer during a rowdy incident, and invited him to watch the body camera video after he sobered up.

8:31 a.m. – Caller reported theft of medications from house, 12th St.

9:46 a.m. – Caller reported theft of cigarettes from porch, Cascade Dr.

10:50 a.m. – Officer responded to call of theft from Walmart. The suspect walked out with a cart full of items, which was found unattended across the highway. Recovered $418.49 worth of items.

11:29 a.m. – Caller reported motorcycle, a red and black 2014 Ducati. stolen off front porch during previous night, 39400 block Gros St., Waterloo. Report taken.

2:10 p.m. – Report taken for dog bite, Main St. A leashed dog bit someone’s ankle. Medics looked over the puncture wounds, and the dog was taken to dog control.

2:11 p.m. – Bryce Bates, 45, of Salem, cited and released on outstanding Albany Municipal Court warrant, 37100 block Pony Rd. Report taken.

3:12 p.m. – Caller reported an illegally-parked motorhome needed to be towed, Joy St. He said a “disease-ridden bum is staring at little boys and girls,” and that “bums” should not be allowed in the city.

4:13 p.m. – Caller said they could hear a female scream “please help me” in an apartment during an argument lasting at least 10 minutes. Responding officer could not locate anyone in the apartment. The caller showed him a video of the arguing, but the officer could only hear a cat purring.

4:56 p.m. – Stolen motorcycle, 2014 Ducati, recovered, returned to owner. 31000 block Old Santiam Hwy.

7:17 p.m. – Caller reported a verbal domestic between a male and female that reached 120 decibels, Oak St.

8:54 p.m. – Diana Hall, 65, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 1st St./Gross St., Waterloo. Report taken.

9:18 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors harassing him after he filed a report claiming they backed into his vehicle (hit and run), 12th St. He said “two young punks” were chest-bumping him.

9:42 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a male laying outside, Main St. The male was “on the nod” and passed out in a contorted position, though apparently not under the influence of a stimulant. Male said he consumed bad dope, does not normally use fentanyl, and asked for a ride to the hospital to be somewhere safe.

9:53 p.m. – Female pepper-sprayed her ex-boyfriend after he came to her apartment to retrieve his belongings and became aggressive toward her, E St.

10:29 p.m. – Chantelle A. Davern, 30, was cited for driving while suspended and uninsured, Grant St.

3:45 a.m. – Caller reported nude male in Walmart parking lot. Responding officer located Patrick J. Mallory, 29, who admitted to using meth. He was reunited with his belongings and clothes at Ralston Park.

4:21 a.m. – Derrek Reynolds, 53, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 82/55, Santiam Hwy./Old Santiam Hwy.

9:38 a.m. – Katherine Belcher, 49, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 2200 block S. Santiam Hwy.

9:47 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run at hospital parking lot. Officer identified scuff marks on the car, and noted the victim’s car was partially parked inside the other driver’s space.

1:07 p.m. – Christy Pedigo was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation.

1:55 p.m. – Officer contacted a pest control door-to-door salesman and warned him he would be cited if he continued to try selling without a peddler’s license, Mnt. River Dr.

3:20 p.m. – Officer contacted Jessica Jones, who was being belligerent, Academy St.

4:44 p.m. – Caller reported an older male tried selling him an Ensure drink, but he appeared lost and was trying to find his home, Ash St. Responding officer returned the male to his care home.

4:55 p.m. – Gabriel Buckner was cited for driving while suspended, driving without insurance and failure to renew registration, Main St.

5:53 p.m. – Caller reported theft of iPhone X from the high school. Loss valued at $100.

7:46 p.m. – Caller reported a child riding a motorcycle on the sidewalk yesterday, W. Isabella St. He confronted the child and mother, but today the mother is riding back and forth on the bike while cursing and flipping him off. Responding officer alleged the caller smelled of alcohol and accused the 8-year-old of being an “a—hole,” who ran off crying from yesterday’s incident. The officer advised the mother her child could not legally ride the motorcycle (a 50 CC Yamaha) on the street or sidewalk. She noted the caller sprayed her with a hose.

8:32 p.m. – Caller reported he paid $4,000 cash for two non-working vehicles from a male and was ready to pick them up, but the male’s daughter (who has power of attorney) said her dad has dementia and was taken advantage of. Buyer returned the car keys and was given his money back.

9:03 p.m. – Schrene Worley, 53, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants, Cascade Dr./Crowfoot Rd. Report taken.

10:09 p.m. – Kevin Richard Nixon, 56, was cited for driving while suspended, Park St.

10:33 p.m. – Officer went to investigate rowdy crowd at a bar on Main St. where a fight seemed to be getting ready to start. He made contact with a patron who was “extremely intoxicated” and stepped close to the officer. The officer pushed the patron back with the tip of his flashlight, which enraged the patron who became verbally hostile.

11:01 p.m. – Haley Willcox, 23, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 92/55, Santiam Hwy./Groshong Rd.

12:37 a.m. – Caller reported she and other females were fighting behind the bar at Duffy’s. A responding officer learned a female who goes by the name “Cupcake” tried to enter the bar from the back door. Girls inside told her to go through the front door and an argument started. When Cupcake entered through the front, she confronted the girls and they began scuffling. Cupcake left before police arrived.

1:59 a.m. – Caller reported “Cupcake” and three males followed her and her friends from Duffy’s to their car, are trying to fight and won’t let them leave. The suspects left prior to police arrival. Witnesses said the males were “acting like gangsters” and causing problems with people on the street outside Duffy’s.

7:15 a.m. – Caller requested Jessica Marie Jones, 39, be trespassed because she’s been sleeping outside the building, Tangent St. A responding officer advised Jones of the complaint, and noted in the log, “Jessica left after saying hurtful things to me… (sad face).”

9:40 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office recovered firearm stolen out of New York, 31200 block 1st St., Waterloo.

12:27 p.m. – Caller reported theft of perfume and coin purse from car, Market St.

12:34 p.m. – Delbert McGuire, 51, arrested for third-degree theft, on Albany warrant, 39300 block Gross St., Waterloo.

1:14 p.m. – Caller reported theft of tool boxes from front porch, 9th St. Loss valued at $300.

1:26 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, 2nd St. A driver identified only as Emily was cited for following too closely.

2:38 p.m. – Caller reported theft of work laptop (G-TAC tablet) from car, Joseph St.

5:19 am. – Caller reported hit and run of black sedan, Santiam Hwy.

9:04 a.m. – Report taken for theft of 20 volt battery, Tangent St. Loss valued at $230.

10:06 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to 1900 block S. 7th St. to verbal dispute between customer, store owner and store employee. Customer was trespassed from property.

11:17 a.m. – Casey Lee Davis, 21, was charged with assault IV, domestic harassment and strangulation.

11:58 a.m. – Report taken for car crash, 2nd St. Tabitha Marie Sanders, 22, was cited for no valid operator’s license.

12:43 p.m. – Krishana Ledford, 24, Chelsea Ledford, 22, Amy Conner, 43, and Allison Bailey, 60, all cited for having unlicensed dogs, 400 block Cascade Dr. All reside on same property.

1:05 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office and Lebanon Fire District responded to 200 block Gilbert St. where, according to LCSO, 10-year-old had lit fire outside residence that filled house with smoke. Information documented, reported to DHS.
